Having spent a bit of time doing some research around rich snippets Google Rich Snippets, I though I’d write up some useful resources. I’ll update this as we get through some implementation of this for a client of ours.
It’s also important to realise that there are no guarantees that any of the rich snippets will appear in search results, you have to sign up for a chance, but there is evidence to suggest that rich snippets are being picked up in search results.
As an interesting aside, I wonder how long it will be before all the review companies augment their formats and companies such as Bazaar Voice do something with their offering to support them.
